MB-60 system is a so called warm system.
The system profiles consist of three chambers and a separator, which has perfect thermal properties. Because of this it is possible to apply two-colour profiles. Windows manufactured in this system can have almost all shapes: from standard rectangular to bows, circles and trapezium. Seals are made of synthetic rubber EPDM which increases window thermal insulation and reduces condensation of water vapour.
Thanks to the application of the thermal breaks and gaskets, MB-60 system is characterised by a low value of the heat-transfer coefficient U. Such doors are perfect for every climate, every type of building, including private houses. When it comes to form, aesthetics, durability and function, such doors meet thermal and acoustic insulation requirements as well as health standards. They are also environmentally friendly.
The structural depth of the window sections is equal to 60 mm (frames) and 69 mm (casements), which gives the effect of one surface from the exterior side after closing. The shape of the profiles enables us to achieve slender and resistant window and door structures.
